The Office offers the following basic services based on budgetary means to attain its goals.

The Office

1. carries any and all kinds of health services and opens health care centers that offers inpatient treatment,
2. organizes fine arts and sports events and performances,
3. offers guidance to students about scholarships and loans, nutrition, accommodation, work, leisure activities, transportation and employment,
4. offers psychological counseling and guidance services, attempts to solve personal and family problems,
5. does researches and implementations related to his service area and publishes them  when necessary,
6. organizes in-service training programs for training and development of service providing employees,
7. opens student canteens, restaurants, reading rooms, students dormitories, either arranges, hires, establishes or operates convention facilities, cinema and theatre halls, sports halls and fields. For this purpose, the university works in collaboration with other units of the university and organizations outside the university, sets up circulating capital enterprises.
